Nugget Quest ("the Game") is developed by Atom and Bits ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Game.

Information We Collect

The Game is designed to collect minimal information:

• Game data stored on your device: Progress, high scores, coins, cosmetic selections, daily streaks, settings, and purchase entitlement cache are stored locally on your device.
• Purchase status: If you buy the full game unlock, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
• Crash reporting: This release does not send crash reports to Sentry or another developer-operated service.
• Gameplay analytics: None collected. The game does not send gameplay or usage events to any analytics service.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation.
• The Game does not request your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone recordings. If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send so we can respond.
• We do not show third-party ads.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Local Storage

Most Game data remains on your device. If you uninstall the Game, locally stored progress and preferences may be deleted by iOS. App Store purchase history remains associated with your Apple ID and can be restored through Apple's purchase system.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase called Full Game Unlock. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details.

Children's Privacy

Nugget Quest is a casual game for a broad audience, including teens and adults. The App Store listing shows its content age rating. The Game does not require an account or upload personal profiles or gameplay events.

Third-Party Services

The Game uses these services:

• Apple App Store and StoreKit for app distribution, in-app purchases, and purchase restoration.
• No third-party analytics services are used.

Data Retention

Local Game data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset the app data. If you contact support, you can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address below.

Your Choices

You can remove local Game data by deleting the app from your device. You can restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases button in the Game.
